Registration

In order to publish an ad, send a message to other users and have access to other website resources, you must pass the registration. It is prohibited to enter false data during the registration. It is against the Rules to register several accounts. It is prohibited to publish ads with the same meaning using different accounts.


Advertisement

Advertisement must contain as much useful and detailed information about the product/service that you provide or search for. It is prohibited to use someone else’s texts and photos in an advertisement.


Short description

Short description should correspond the content of the advertisement and should contain information about the offered/requested product/service. Examples of incorrectly made up short descriptions: “Sale!”, “Will buy”, “Urgent!”, “Cheap!” etc. In the short description and detailed text of the ad you can not include price, contact information, contact data (telephone number, addresses, e-mail etc.), words telling that there is a link to a website below, in contact data or profile (for example: many ads by the link below), website address (excluding links in the detailed text, that describe your product or service. This link should be as additional data to the advertisement text and it shouldn’t link to your website). It is prohibited to write short descriptions with capitals only, except capital letters in Proper names. Only abbreviations may be written with capital letters only. It is prohibited to use exclamation and question marks, ellipsis and other symbols.


Do not repeat!

It is prohibited to publish several ads of the same product, service and etc. An ad will still be considered repeated even if it was published in other section, other type of ad was chosen or text of the ad was changed.


Editing and deleting

Registered users of the website may edit and delete their ads in their personal cabinet. After editing the ad doesn’t reappear – it stays at the same place. When deleted it becomes inactive, but stays in the list of current ads until the expiration time of the publication. It is prohibited to use editing and delete just to hold the ad on top.


Photo and video publishing

Photo and vide should be relevant to the information, written in the ad. Photo/video shouldn’t contain link to website or contact information: telephone, e-mail etc.


Publishing telephone number

Phone number is the mandatory parameter during the registration and it should be unique. It is prohibited to specify some else’s telephone number.


Illegal ads

Ads containing taboo words, pornography, offensive or disrespectful exclamations to someone, propaganda of war, violence, affronts of a person’s honor and other information, that is illegal to propagate by the active laws of Uzbekistan.


Prohibited advertisement

It is prohibited to publish ads concerning buying-selling, exchanging-presenting: state awards, service records, academic diplomas, passports, IDs and other personal documents; weapons, ammunition or explosives, drugs, medicine, body organs, pornographic production and other products and services, which rotation is prohibited by the active laws of Republic of Uzbekistan.


Publishing ads of the products, requiring mandatory certification

In cases when the product mentioned in the ad needs to be certified, the user must submit the scanned copy of the certificate with the ad, and/or place the information about the presence of Certificate (Product is Certified)


Publishing ads of licensed service

In cases when the service, mentioned in the ad, needs to be licensed, , the user must submit the scanned copy of the license with the ad, and/or place the information about the presence of License (Licensed Service).


Expiration date and terms

It is allowed to publish up to 5 free current adds. Both active and inactive adds are considered current adds. To publish more than 5 ads you must use paid services or change user status. The ad is held at Torg.com for 7 days since the publication day. After the expiration of this period you may publish the ad again. You may not delete ads prior to their expiration date in order to republish it.


Connection with other users

It is prohibited to send messages with advertisement, or other information, that user doesn’t want to receive via Contact form Messages containing taboo words, pornography, insulting or disrespecting works to someone, war and violence propaganda, affronting of honor and dignity of a person and other information, that is prohibited to be propagated by the active laws of Uzbekistan.


Category

Advertisement should correspond to the selected category. In case that the published ad doesn’t correspond to the chosen category, it may be deleted.


Responsibility

Administration of the web site is not responsible for wrongful acts of other Users, for any kind of damages to User’s hardware or software, caused as a result of website usage, for the lack of ability to use the website, for damages, losses or expenses, caused by this website, it’s use or disability to use.
Administration of the web site is not responsible for content and authenticity of ads, for their quality, safety, legality of services and products, advertised, bought or received as a result of usage of advertised information, contained at website, their probable disparity to generally accepted standards or User expectations, for aftereffects of gained knowledge or for aftereffects of publishing of information by User, for any direct and indirect damages, appeared as a result of website usage.
User who published the ad is fully responsible for its content and validity.


Deleting ads

Website administration has all the reserved rights to delete an ad without explaining the reason, if it doesn’t correspond to our rules, if it against Uzbekistan laws or if it insults public morality.
Website administration has rights to limit the use of the website, of different website pages or site services, of temporary or permanent user blocking, of deleting User’s registration without giving reasons, in case of Rules violations or suspicion in wrongful acts.


Information usage

Copying, duplicating, spreading and other usage of information, contained at this website, may only be done with written permission from Website Administration.


Privacy

Website administration uses different tools to protect User’s personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. At the same time, the Administration doesn’t guarantee and is not responsible for actions of third-party that had illegal access to User’s confidential information, it leaves right to pass User’s personal information and IP address to damaged party, its representatives, state organizations and structures in connection with potential or appeared conflicts and judicial proceedings, in case of violation of these rules by the User or if it is necessary to protect rights, property and security of other user’s work.


Remember that some of the ad bearers, as well as people responding to your ad may be in bad faith while contacting you. Please be prudent and careful.
